Ingredients
- 0.5 kg / 1.1 lb mussels
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- fish herbs
- salt & pepper
- olive oil
Bereidingswijze
- Clean all mussels & cut the celery and onion into big slices
- Bring the temperature of the Q-table to 160°C / 320°F (mode 7) & add olive oil (or preferably butter) to the frying area (= middle of the plate)
- Place the coarsely chopped vegetables in the frying area & adjust seasoning with enough pepper and salt
- Place the mussels in the frying area & add fish herbs and cooking cream
- Sprinkle all with curry powder
- Place the cloche all over the ingredients & let it steam well on the maximum capacity (mode 10)
- Regularly mix the ingredients with the spatulas until the mussels have opened
- Present in a deep plate with some bread or fries
